While developing for Oculus Quest 2 (Meta Quest 2) headsets is tricky, but being Android based when you get into a problem, its normally an easy fix, and this one for us is an easy fix.

Hold the power button for 12 – 15 seconds until the headset reboots. 

Further research on Google shows that this may not be the case, but we have not had any other issues apart from this reboot option.
