We are delighted to announce that we have chosen the best applicant from our Liverpool John Moores University Internship program.
We was blown away by his CV. It was unique, creative, and it reinvented how CV’s should be.
Callum will be working on the cutting edge of Augmented Reality technology utilising the Hololens headset for a project for the Aerospace domain (we wish we could say more but the project is currently under NDA).
As I am approaching the end of my degree. I became more aware of how vast and complex the software industry is. This internship will allow me to expand on my current skills and develop new ones. This will allow me to become more adept with software, gain more experience through social interactions and become more professional through deadlines and time management. I think it will be a great introduction to the world of work.
I would like to further develop my knowledge within Unreal Engine 4 and other possible engines. I would also like to create valuable work that will benefit SceneGraph Studios. It is crucial to me that I do well and try my best as I appreciate the opportunity of being given the role.
I wish to work within the games industry. Whether the role is level design, programmer, artist, 3D modeller, animator; it does not matter to me. I have a huge passion for games and the industry, and I want to be part of its success. I am always willing to try new roles as I believe it is important to dip into various areas and further expand your skills.
I hope to see myself in a position I am happy with. After my degree, I will continue on with UE4/Unity/C++/C#/3D Modelling and Animation tutorials to better myself.
What games don’t I play! My favourite games include The Last of Us, God of War, UFC 3 and most of the Elder Scrolls series. However, at the moment I am tackling Death Stranding by Hideo Kojima. An amazing game and the type of game where I would like to see my name high up in the credits!
