This week we had our DarkSide-Collective meetup #3 at Liberty Bell (such a nice coffee house/bar).
It was a great turn out with regulars, the core team, and some new faces. There was a large number of Game Development students, from foundation to final year undergrads.
Some conversation notes we discussed was:
- how AI is being used by the 3D artists in the room for concept development.
- how VR is being used and how best to start a VR project.
- The shows coming up on the Wirral (Ron’s house)
- Photogrammetry VS LiDAR.
- AI image creation for making books (thanks nick, looking forward to the showcase)
